Healthy and delicious, high protein chocolate brownies

I recently discovered this chocolate brownie recipe. They are high in protein, gluten free and have no sugar in them - miracle! They are moist, dense and chocolatey. Kids love them too!

1 cup cooked black beans - rinsed
1 1/2 large eggs
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup soaked pitted Medjool dates, finely chopped
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp apple cider viengar
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
2-3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Soak the dates for 1 hour until soft
Blend all of the ingredients together except for the chocolate chips in a blender
Stir in the chocolate chips
Pour the mixture into a greased, rectangular loaf pan
Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, do not overcook
