Easy dinner idea

This creative Metabolic Balance dinner is a favourite of many of my clients,

Marinate 1 portion of cod in lemon juice. Crumble up 2 pieces of rye crisp bread and soften in water to make a smooth paste. Mash half an avocado and mix with the softened crisp bread. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Paste the avocado mixture onto the fish.  Cook at 180C for 15-20 minutes

Serve with cooked spinach seasoned with nutmeg
