Now two weeks into my own Metabolic Balance ® Plan, I am astounded by some of the changes in my health. I was always one for regular snacking and could not go three hours without food so I didn't know how I would cope with 5 hour gaps needed between meals on this programme.
But to my surprise, due mainly to the correct ratio of protein to carbohydrates in the meals, my energy levels have noticeably increased even though I am taking in less food, and I can easily go from lunch to dinner without eating - it is so fantastic not to have to worry about where my next snack will come from when out and about, and not a chocolate craving in sight. Although I didn't need to lose any body fat which is often the motivator for people to use this programme, I feel more toned and that troublesome eczema has disappeared along with the bloating.
I am also waking up naturally at 6.15am without an alarm clock! I am finding with clients that once they click into that fat burning mode and blood sugar is balanced, they can experience enhanced well being and energy on a level not experienced before. I do miss my Lattes but I should be able to add them back in after not too much longer!
